KSI Slaps Danis Ahead Of Their Duel

JAKARTA Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji alias KSI slapped his potential opponent Danis when both of them had a face-off ahead of their fight.

The two are scheduled to meet in the ring in the Misfits Boxing match card on March 29, 2025. The press conference for the match preparation was held on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, local time.

As is suspected, chaos occurred when the two faced each other for the first time at that moment. KSI threw a slap and made the situation chaotic.

Lightning strikes from KSI made Danis react violently to retaliate. However, the security forces moved quickly to hold him back so that the situation was immediately conducive.

The incident was the culmination of a press conference session that had been running hot. Both even agreed that whoever wins will bring home the prize from the losing party.

Another unforgettable moment is Danis' acknowledgment that he is not even training for preparations against KSI, which is a substitute for the previously unannounced mix martial arts (MMA) duel with Tony Ferguson.

On the other hand, KSI even says that its boxing style is similar to Dmitry Bivol. He also mentioned that it can hit harder than UFC lightweight heavyweight champion Alex Pereira.

Both fighters wanted to rise from a boxing defeat in their last fight at The Prime Card in October 2023. At that time Danis lost to Logan Paul, while KSI lost versus Tommy Fury.

KSI is a YouTuber who has changed professions to become a boxer. He is recorded to have undergone six international duels with four wins, one draw, and one loss.

On the other hand, Danis is an MMA athlete. The 32-year-old fighter made two appearances at the Bellator event, respectively in 2018 and 2019.
