Five 2025 PBSI National Selection Champions Qualify For National Training

JAKARTA The final round of the 2025 PBSI National Selection (Selection) presents a fierce match to win the title and ensure that they qualify for the Cipayung PBSI National Training Center. Of the five parties presented, the men's cadets mixed and singles dual parties must be completed with a rubber game.

Starting the first party from the mixed cadet doubles sector, beyond the suspicion Kenzie Yoe/Bernadine Anindya Wardana (Djarum Kudus) succeeded in overthrowing the first seed Taufik Aderya M/Clairine Yustin Mulia (Power Rajawali Tangerang) with a score of 18-21, 22-20, and 21-16.

A narrow victory in the second game made Kenzie/Bernadine appear more confident and able to excel with a score of 21-16.

Meanwhile, the women's cadets' singles sector brought together Dalila Aghnia Puteri and Salsabilla Amiradana. Both are from PB Djarum Kudus.

Dalila, who since the beginning of the National Selection tournament, played confidently with her hard smashes. He managed to win the final match by convincingly 21-12 and 21-12.

In the semifinals, Dalila also managed to beat the first seed, Saucean Dwi Ramadhani (Djarum Kudus), with straight games 22-20 and 21-13.

Shifting to the men's cadets' singles final, the game of the rally and attack was presented to be able to steal points.

Dendi Triansyah (Mutiara Cardinal Bandung) successfully won the first game with a score of 21-17 and the second game was 11-7 ahead.

However, with his persistence and tenacity, Muhamad Yusuf (PB AIC) Bekasi City won the second game 21-13.

In the third game the game went well, but Yusuf was calmer at the end of the game and was able to finish the third game with a score of 21-17.

The head of the PBSI National Training and Achievement Division, Eng Hian, said that the performances and conditions of the athletes participating in the 2025 PBSI National Selection were better.

In terms of potential there is a glimmer of hope, be it from body posture, individual strength, speed and strength.

"Some sectors have a better look at their potential, such as in the men's doubles, where there are quite a lot of candidates and can compete at the international level."

The final of the women's cadets doubles faced the couple Bernadine Anindya Wardana/Nahya Muhyifa (Djarum Kudus) and Riska Anggraini/Salsabila Zahra Aulia (Djarum Kudus).

Bernady, who already bagged a win in the mixed doubles sector, played more confident and became a good playmaker.

Victory in the first game for the Bernadine / Nahya pair must be passed with a score of 22-20. In the second game, with a better attacking game and hitting accuracy, Bernadine / Nahya won 21-13.

With this result, Bernadaine won two titles in the mixed cadet doubles and women's cadet doubles sector.

Then, the men's cadets' doubles sector always promised fast and exciting games. The men's cadets' doubles final which brought together the first seed Dexter Farrell/Wah Agung Prasetyo (Exist Badminton Club) and second seed Anselmus Breagit Fredy Prasetya/Pulung Ramadhan (Djarum Kudus) were very strict.

These two couples have met frequently in several national matches which make them aware of each other's strengths and weaknesses.
