Daftar Venue Kandang Kontestan IBL 2025

Dewa United is one of the 2025 IBL teams that already has a permanent cage (doc. IBL).

JAKARTA The 2025 Indonesian Basketball League (IBL) season will start this month. A total of 14 contestant teams each already have a venue as their home.

The highest level of the Indonesian basketball league will start on January 11, 2025. Currently, the teams have started ticket sales which can be seen on social media for each participating team.

This year's competition uses a home-away format, which has been in effect since last season. This format makes each team have to have a venue for their homes.

This is one of the three rules that will apply to the IBL for the 2025 season. The other two rules are limiting the total salary of players per season in the amount of IDR 10 billion and the maximum quota of foreign players which is limited to only three people.

Of the overall contestants this year, several teams are still based in the same place as last season and some have been forced to replace their home venues.

The teams that were confirmed not to move home were Dewa United Banten, Pacific Caesar Surabaya, Prawira Bandung, Tangerang Hawks Basketball, RANS Simba Bogor, Borneo Hornbills, Rajawali Medan, Bima Perkasa Jogja, and Kesatria Bangawan Solo.

The teams that experienced changes in the location of the cage were Satria Muda Pertamina Jakarta, Satya Wacana Salatiga, Bali United Basketball, Hangtuah Jakarta, and Pelita Jaya Jakarta.

In addition to including GOR Soemantri, Pelita Jaya Jakarta also registered the Senayan Basketball Hall, Jakarta. This is done to anticipate matches that are expected to attract large audience interest.
