Valentino Rossi Plans To Be Diligent To Attend MotoGP 2025

JAKARTA The owner of the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing team as well as the MotoGP legend, Valentino Rossi, has plans to be diligent in the 2025 competition season race.

The former Italian racer closed his long career three years ago and has spent more time in the world of car racing than supporting his team on the MotoGP track.

"By 2025 I want to be more present in MotoGP races. So, I automatically have fewer car races for that reason," Rossi said as quoted by Crash.

The takeover of MotoGP by Liberty Media is mentioned in the report as the reason behind The Doctor's intention to appear more frequently in his team's paddock.

In addition, he also has close ties to some of the top MotoGP riders today. One of them is the two-time world champion Francesco Bagnaia, a graduate of the VR46 academy.

"I regret not regularly attending the 2024 race. I have less time to work with the riders at our academy," Rossi said again.

The Doctor's team will experience major changes to the 2025 competition season. After Pramac's exit as a Ducati Satellite team, VR46 will now receive more special treatment.

They will have access to one motorbike manufacturer specifications so Fabio di Giannantonio automatically gets the same engine as Bagnaia and Marc Marquez.
