Liverpool In Continuous Talks With Salah, Van Dijk, And Alexander-Arnold

JAKARTA - Liverpool manager Arne Slot said the club was in constant talks with Mohamed Salah, Virgil van Dijk, and Trent Alexander-Arnold over the extension of the three pillar players' contracts.

The three players will expire on their contracts at the end of this season and their future amid uncertainty.

The three will be free to start negotiating with other clubs starting January 1, 2025, aka when the winter transfer market opens.

Arne Slot remained largely silent about the matter, but now insists he is not worried about the contract's deadlock.

The Reds are currently seven points ahead at the top of the 2024/2025 Premier League standings with one game more.

"If we wanted, maybe now is not the time to tell you. In general, I'm not talking about the contract situation here."
