Not Leaving Sporting, Ruben Amory Rejects Sir Jim Radcliffe's Request To Manchester United

JAKARTA - Sporting Club de Portugal (Sporting CP) coach Ruben Amorim refused to give a definite answer about his move to Manchester United. He also mentioned that he was still a Sporting coach and rejected Sir Jim Radcliffe's request to lead United's match against Chelsea.

Amoritism rejected Ratcliffe, owner of the club's minority greeting, to immediately deal with MU and prepare the team for Chelsea in the big match in the English Premier League. Amorim chose not to leave Sporting CP before officially replacing Erik ten Hag who was dismissed by MU.

Amoritism became trending after it was said to have accepted MU's offer. Even the Amorious decision to approve the offer did not take long. Even the 39-year-old coach is actually not on the MU radar to replace Ten Hag. The reason is, MU once made an offer but was rejected by Amorim.

Not only MU but also Liverpool who are looking for a new manager to replace Juergen Klopp are actually also targeting Amorism. Finally, Manchester City is interested in bringing in a coach who won success at Sporting and the previous club, Braga. Moreover, Man City has brought Hugo Viana, his colleague Amorim in Sporting, to become director of football.

But MU finally got the atmosphere. Sporting Club has also confirmed that MU will redeem its Amorious release clause of 10 million euros.

However, Amorim did not immediately leave Sporting. Moreover, he has not reached an official agreement with MU. Likewise Sporting still has not confirmed when to release him.

"When I want to convey according to thing, I will certainly do it. But I don't want to say things that are only speculation," he said.

Rumors circulated that Amorim was expected to soon fly to Manchester to complete the administration as MU's new manager. However, he did not immediately handle Bruno Fernandes et al when he played the match against Leicestr City at the Carabao Cup or the English League Cup at Old Trafford, Thursday, October 31, 2024 in the morning WIB.

"So I can't promise anything. All I know is we're going to have training again and I'm ready to face the next game against Estrela da Amadira," he said.

The rejection of Amorism with the consideration that there is no official agreement so that MU will be handled by interim coach Ruud van Nistelrooy in the Premier League Cup match. Van Nistelrooy, who previously served as assistant coach, will still be with MU in the match against Chelsea.
