PP Perbasi National Conference, Change AD/ART And Proposal To Change Logo

Budisatrio Djiwandono is the sole candidate for Ketum PP Perbasi in the election at the PP Perbasi National Conference (Instagram/@perbasi.ina).

The National Conference (Munas) of the Central Board of the Indonesian Basketball Association (PP Perbasi) includes an agenda for changing the Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD/ART) as well as modernizing logos.

The Perbasi PP National Conference is scheduled to take place on October 28-29, 2024 at the Grand Mercure Hotel, Kemayoran, Jakarta. The main agenda of this activity is the election of the General Chairperson of PP Perbasi for the 2024-2028 term of service.

Secretary General of PP Perbasi, Nirmala Dewi, said that changes to AD/ART are common things that can be done in every National Conference.

"In addition, we propose a new change in the PP Perbasi logo," Nirmala told the media crew at the event location.

There will be three plenary session sessions held on the first day of the National Conference, namely ratification of the National Conference schedule and rules, accountability report (LPJ) of the previous management, and discussion of the work programs of the next management.

Furthermore, on the last day there will be an election. Budisatrio Djiwandono is the sole candidate so that he can be sure he will lead Perbasi for the next four years.

"There is only one person who returns the form. This means that there is only one candidate, but hopefully we will get the elected General Chair who has good aspirations," said Nirmala.

Participants of the Perbasi National Conference this year reached a total of more than 500 people. This consists of the chairman and deputy of all provincial administrators (pengprov), city administrators (city officials), and district administrators (city officials).

Perbasi was previously led by Danny Kosasih. However, the figure who is familiarly called Susuk could not complete his position because he died on September 5, 2024.

After Danny died, the Perbasi leadership stick was handed over to Ardima Rama Putra, who served as Acting Officer (Plt) of Perbasi to the National Conference.
