Unknowing Shame, The Bahrain Federation Fakes A Minute Of Goal In Uploads On Official Social Media

JAKARTA - The match between Bahrain vs Indonesia at the Bahrain National Stadium, Riffa, Thursday, October 10, 2024, has drawn controversy.

Referee Ahmed Al Kaf leads with various controversial decisions that benefit the hosts.

One of the decisions that made the Indonesian national team angry was the matter of additional injury time.

The actual injury time only lasted six minutes. However, Al Kaf continued to roll out the match for more than nine minutes.

He seemed to be waiting for Bahrain's goal to equalize and then finish the game.

Thanks to the results of the series, the Indonesian national team has now dropped to fifth place in Group C of the Third Round of the 2026 World Cup Qualification with a collection of three points.
