Arctic Open 2024: Schedule Of 5 Indonesian Representatives Today

Jonathan Christie will appear in the last 32 of the 2024 Arctic Open (doc. PBSI).

JAKARTA A total of five Indonesian representatives will play on the second day of the 2024 Arctic Open, Wednesday, October 9, 2024.

The match from the BWF Super 500 level event will take place starting at 08.00 local time or 12.00 WIB.

One of the representatives who will play is the men's doubles Leo Rolly Carnando/Bagas Maulana.

The pair who won the Korea Open 2024 will compete in the main round after breaking the qualification on the first day, Tuesday, October 8, 2024.

Meanwhile, the other four representatives both played in the round of 32. They will try to follow in the footsteps of the four representatives who have penetrated the second half on the first day.

Of the four representatives, three of them will play in Field 1. In a row starting from Anthony Sinisuka Ginting, Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto, and Jonatan Christie.

Ginting, the eighth seed to play in the second party, met China's singles, Lu Guang Zu. So far Ginting holds a 5-1 win-loss record over Lu.

Fajar/Rian then played after that match. The fourth seed will meet the Taipei Chinese pair, Fang Chih Lee/Fang Jen Lee.

Next, it will be Jonathan Christie's turn to appear in the seventh party. The 2018 Asian Games gold medalist meets Taipei's singles China, Lee Chia Hao.

The other Indonesian representatives who played today were veteran pair Hendra Setiawan/Mohammad Ahsan.

The 2019 world champion pair played in Field 2 against the Chinese doubles pair, Xie Hao Nan/Zeng Wei Han.
