Mo Salah, The Only Player Outside Manchester United To Score A Lot Of Goals At Old Trafford

JAKARTA - No Premier League players in particular and European football in general like to travel to Old Trafford.

The Manchester United headquarters is known to be haunted and full of pressure. However, this was not the case for Mohamed Salah.

He even enjoyed visiting the stadium nicknamed the Theater of Dreams. Salah became the only non-Manchester United player to score the most goals at Old Trafford.

In other words, Salah became the player who gave the most misery for Manchester United.

Most recently, Salah recorded one goal in Liverpool's victory when he visited Old Trafford.

The goal made his total goals at Old Trafford 10 points. The 32-year-old forward has scored in his last seven visits to the Theater of Dreams.

Interestingly, Salah is surrounded by Manchester United players on the list of goalscorers at Old Trafford since January 2021.

When combined with the entire goalscorer at Old Trafford, Salah is in fifth place. The four players above him were the Red Devils players, namely Marcus Rashford (31 goals), Bruno Fernandes (29 goals), Cristiano Ronaldo (17 goals), and Scott Mctominay (13 goals).

It's really an anomaly that there are opposing players whose names are in the top five on the list of the top goalscorers at Old Trafford.

The Egyptian has broken into the Manchester United goal at Old Trafford since January 24, 2021.

So extraordinary that Salah's appearance when he visited Old Trafford, Manchester United fans also made it the subject of criticism for the pride team themselves. They named Salah the 'King of Old Trafford'.

"He beat us," wrote one Manchester United supporters.

Salah also shined against the Red Devils at Anfield. According to the US, he was involved in more goals against Manchester United in all competitions than any other player, with a total of 15 goals and six assists. A total of 12 of them were born in the Premier League.

In addition to these records, Salah was previously included in the list of the Premier League's all-time top scorers and assists.

Before meeting Manchester United, he had scored 160 goals and 72 assists in 266 Premier League games since arriving at Anfield in 2017.

The note brings Salah to 10th position on the list. Amazingly, he is in first place when referring to players who are still active.

This achievement is clearly still able to increase. He is on the verge of pursuing another record for retired players.
