Barcelona Vs Real Valladolid: El Real Without De Jong And Gavi, Valladolid Ready Guncang Camp Nou!

JAKARTA - Barcelona will try to win their fourth consecutive victory in the 2024-2025 La Liga season when they host Real Valladolid on Saturday 31 August at the Estadi Ol Marimpic Lluos Companys, Barcelona.

Hansi Flick, Barcelona's new coach, has started the season impressively, picking up nine points from their first three matches. On the other hand, Real Valladolid is currently in 11th place with four points from their first three matches.

Barcelona started this season with excellent performance under the direction of Hansi Flick, replacing Xavi who left the club at the end of last season. Flick has managed to overcome various problems off the pitch and led Barcelona to a straight win against Valencia, Athletic Bilbao, and Rayo Vallecano.

In the last game, Barcelona had to work hard to turn things around against Rayo Vallecano after falling behind. Pedri equalized before Dani Olmo, who made his debut, scored the winning goal in the 82nd minute.

Although only two players have been brought in in the summer transfer market, namely Pau Victor and Dani Olmo, Barcelona are expected to make some more changes ahead of closing the transfer window, including looking for a replacement for ACL's injury Marc Bernal.

Barcelona faces several injury problems with seven players not available. Marc Bernal, who is injured by ACL, will undergo surgery and absence for the remainder of the season. Andreas Christensen, Eric Garcia, Ansu Fati, Ronald Araujo, Frenkie de Jong, and Gavi are also still injured.

Coach Hansi Flick is expected to make some changes, where Dani Olmo, who will just make his full debut, will appear as a substitute against Rayo Vallecano. Fermin Lopez is likely to replace Bernal, and Alejandro Balde is expected to come on to replace Gerard Martin in the back.

Meanwhile, Real Valladolid has no major injury problems, although Anuar Tuhami is still absent. Juanmi Latasa, who recently joined Real Madrid, may be given the opportunity to appear after entering as a substitute against Leganes. Ivan Sanchez may also be an additional option, but Pezzolano may retain the same line of players as against Leganes, with Raul Moro and Amath Ndiaye supporting Mamadou Sylla up front.
