Indra Sjafri Transfers Indonesia U-20 Focus To The Second Match Of Seoul Earth On Us Cup 2024

The U-20 Indonesian national team shifted their focus to the following match against Thailand U-20 (doc. PSSI).

JAKARTA - The U-20 Indonesian national team coach, Indra Sjafri, immediately shifted his focus after defeating Argentina U-20 in the inaugural match of Seoul Earth on Us Cup 2024.

Focusing on the following match against Thailand U-20. The coach wants his troops to continue their success in winning the match.

Indra Sjafri immediately prepared physically for the player as soon as he finished the first match. This was deliberately done by the coach considering the gap between the matches was very small.

After meeting Argentina, the U-20 Indonesian national team will immediately face Thailand on August 30, 2024, which means they only have a one-day gap.

"After yesterday we finished the match with Argentina. Today we recovered because the distance between matches was only one day," said Indra Sjafri in his statement quoted on Thursday, August 29, 2024.

"In the morning we used recovery, then during the day there was a discussion for yesterday's match, evaluation, and preparation of game plans for Thailand against Thailand," he said again.

Although in the inaugural match his team was able to beat Argentina, Indra Sjafri advised Kadek Arel and colleagues not to underestimate Thailand.

According to the coach, all players must show their best no matter who the opponent is. You see, every game is an important moment that must be passed with hard work.

"So, I always emphasize that all matches are important. Every match must still be addressed with hard work and must be in accordance with what we have agreed on before the match, it must be carried out," said Indra.
