South Korean Media Unloads Shin Tae-yong's Long-Term Plan For The Indonesian National Team

"I asked the Indonesian national team supporters to encourage me more in the Third Round of the 2026 World Cup Qualification. PSSI General Chair Erick Thohir and I did well. So, please support me enthusiastically," he said.

One of the plus points made by Shin Tae-yong in an effort to help the development of the Indonesian national team is the decision to cut the generation.

He feels that with young players, the Indonesian national team will be easier to form, both physically and mentally.

The presence of experienced diaspora players promoted by Shin Tae-yong also made it easier for the coach to create a solid team.
