JAKARTA - Jadon Sancho will return to Manchester United this week with no future yet. In fact, the coaching team is still confused about how to welcome the 24-year-old midfielder.

Sancho's future after the loan period at Borussia Dortmund is over at the end of the playing season. He also had to return to Old Trafford because he still had a contract until 2026.

The problem is, he no longer has a place in the Red Devils. The coaching staff at Manchcester United's training headquarters, Carrington, are confused about whether Sancho will continue as the main player or not.

In fact, Manchester United has already compiled a program for pre-season, such as when players return to the club, who is projected for next season, until the trial schedule.

However, Sancho's return prompted the coaching staff to discuss the program with Erik ten Hag.

Ten Hag's manager is actually hinting at opening the door to revive Sancho's career at Old Trafford.

When loaned to Dortmund, Sancho's appearance returned to trendgginas. The former club also intends to make it permanent or bring home the 24-year-old player.

Manchester United is reportedly asking for around 45 million pounds if there is a club that intends to propose to the Manchester City academy graduate.

This means that the Red Devils dare to lose around 30 million pounds from the purchase price three years ago.

However, there has been no sign of negotiations between Dortmund and Manchester United. So far, the Red Devils are still willing to pay 300 thousand pounds per week, but there is no serious intention of defending or releasing.

Meanwhile, Manchester United certainly need funds to move actively in the transfer market. They are known to be hunting for 19-year-old midfielder Rennes, Desire Doue.

The Red Devils have to be careful in maneuvering as Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are also interested in the U-21 French player who finished the four-goal season and five assists in the 31 Ligue 1 match.
