Lindas Bali United 3-0, Persib Bandung Advances To The League 1 Championship Series Final

JAKARTA - Persib Bandung advanced to the final round of the Indonesian League 1 Championship Series after beating Bali United 3-0 in the second leg at Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, Bandung Regency, West Java, Saturday night.

Persib scored three goals through Ciro Alves in the 31st minute, Febri Hariyadi in the 39th minute and Edo Febriansyah in the 70th minute.

With this result, Persib Bandung has the right to advance to the final of the BRI League 1 2023/2024 Championship Series with a 4-1 aggregate after previously in the first leg of the semifinals, Bali United were held to a 1-1 draw and lost 3-0 in the second leg.

Starting the match, Bali United played with pressure from the early minutes with various attacks carried out. However, it can still be anticipated by Persib Bandung's defense.

In the 24th minute, Persib Bandung got his first chance from Marc Klok's kick from outside the penalty box. But still sideways to the right of the opponent's goal.

In the 31st minute, Persib Bandung won through Ciro Alves' header from a corner that made Maung Bandung gain temporarily 1-0.

In the 39th minute, Maung Bandung increased his advantage through the acceleration from Febri Hariyadi, making Persib change the scoreboard again temporarily to 2-0.

Until the 35th minute, Persib Bandung managed to dominate the match by endangering the visitors' defense several times.

Until the 45th minute there were not many significant attacks from both teams. The score did not change until the referee blew the final whistle at the first half.

At the start of the second half, Bali United managed to dominate the match by stabbing the home team's defense several times.

David Da Silva's 66th minute almost doubled the lead with acceleration from outside the penalty box, but his opponent's defense was able to anticipate his shot.

Four minutes later Persib doubled their lead through a pass from Stefano Beltrame and was successfully scored by Ciro Alves. The score changed 3-0 for the home team.
