Commission III Of The House Of Representatives Approves The Naturalization Of Three Players

Thom Haye has agreed to the naturalization process at Commission III of the DPR RI (Instagram/@thomhaye).

JAKARTA - Commission III of the Indonesian House of Representatives approved the granting of Indonesian citizenship to Thom Haye, Maarten Paes and Ragnar Oeratmangoen in a working meeting with the Menpora represented by Ad Interim Menpora, Nezar Patria, on Thursday, March 7, 2024

"I want to confirm whether Commission III of the DPR RI can approve the request for consideration of granting citizenship to the Republic of Indonesia on behalf of Ragnar Martinus Maria Oeratmangoen, Thom Jan Marinus Haye, and Maarten Vincent Paes for further processing according to the laws and regulations?" said Chairman of the Commission III Working Meeting of the DPR RI, Habiburokhman.

The factions present approved the application for citizenship to the three players.

Previously, the request for transition of citizens of Maarten Paes, Thom Haye, and Ragnar Oeratmangoen had also been approved by Commission X DPR RI in a meeting on Tuesday, March 5, 2024.

Furthermore, the three Indonesian-blooded players will continue the naturalization process to the DPR Plenary Meeting and other steps in accordance with statutory regulations.

Meanwhile, in the meeting with Commission III of the DPR RI, the Secretary General of PSSI Yunus Nusi, Director General of AHU of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Cahyo Rahadian Muzhar, and Indra Sjafri were also present.
