Play Minutes Becomes Arhan's Primary Factor For Accepting Suwon FC's Loans

JAKARTA - Pratama Arhan admitted that the playing minute offer given by Suwon FC was an important aspect that made him agree to join. Arhan accepted the South Korean club's proposal after weighing carefully.

The offer from Suwon FC looks promising. Especially when compared to Arhan's experience at the previous club, Tokyo Verdy.

Before officially joining Suwon FC in January 2024, Arhan defended the J2 League club, Tokyo Verdy. During joining the 2022-2023 period, Arhan's playing minutes were minimal, which was only 256 minutes in two seasons.

Together with Suwon FC, Arhan believes that his playing time will be better. Especially after going through the negotiation process which was finally approved by both parties.

"If I personally before signing the contract, I have already spoken to my agent. We will definitely discuss the matter of playing time, how about my career there," said Pratama Arhan at a Media Day with Suwon FC in the Senayan area, Central Jakarta.

Arhan further explained that although he had agreed on playing time, self-provenness must also be done. The 22-year-old player realized that he had to work hard to show the maximum ability and gain the trust of the team.

"In my opinion, this must be from me personally and must also work hard there."

"I have to show my ability for the coach to see. It's for the sake of getting a minute to play there (Suwon FC)," said Arhan.

The moment of self-provement that must be carried out by Pratama Arhan is directly proportional to the team's current agenda. As preparation for appearing in K-League 1 for the 2023/2024 season which started in March 2024, currently Suwon FC is currently undergoing a training camp in Jakarta.

The camp was held by a thingga on February 18, 2024. Suwon FC will also undergo a number of trial matches with League 1 clubs. After that, Kim Eun-jung's team will go to South Korea and face the opening match against Incheon on March 2, 2024.
