Sevilla Vs Atletico Madrid: Important Los Nervionenses Victory

Sevilla managed to secure three points in the 24th week of La Liga 2023/2024 against Atletico Madrid at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium, Monday, February 12, 2024, early morning WIB.

Isaac Romero's single goal brought an important victory for Los Nervionenses.

Sevilla started the match with pressure on the visitors in the early 10 minutes. Isaac Romero had opened up opportunities, but Jan Oblak still failed.

Sevilla only relied on counter-attacks because Atletico controlled the game. The scheme had produced a second goal at the end of the second half.

Ocampos poked the ball and passed Oblak. However, his celebration was stopped because the referee had already raised the offside flag.

The visitors packed 61 percent possession and fired 16 shots, five of which were on target.
