Welcoming F1 2024, Williams And Sauber Will Give Important Announcements In February

JAKARTA - The Williams and Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber racing teams are reportedly working on their new car to face the 2024 season by changing some of their resource components after conducting a number of trials in Canada.

This means that they are ready to welcome Formula 1 for the 2024 season regarding the team structure, car design, and technical updates scheduled for February 5.

Quoted from the official website on Monday, the English team hopes to improve their performance in the coming season following the achievements of the team that finished seventh in the constructors' standings for the 2023 season.

Meanwhile, Sauber, also has not provided more detailed information regarding the renewal of their car. The Swiss team, which will be the Audi Team in 2026, only revealed that they would make this important announcement in London, England.

"Launching in London will be the first opportunity to see the team's new identity, which will bring along new factors for this car race," F1 said, quoted by ANTARA, Monday, January 1.

Meanwhile, Williams will be strengthened by Alexander Albon and Logan Total. Meanwhile, Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber will be defended by Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu.

Williams and Sauber are the second and third teams to announce release dates ahead of F1 2024. The first team to reveal the launch date is Ferrari, which is scheduled to arrive on February 13.

Just like the two teams, the Ferrari, which was strengthened by Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz, also has not disclosed further information regarding car specifications and what they will announce at its launch next month.

Furthermore, this launch was also carried out by the Italian factory team eight days before the start of the pre-season trial session which will last for three days in Bahrain on February 21-23.

Formula 1 for the 2024 season itself will be opened in Bahrain from February 29 to March 2.
