Just A Month As A Coach, Cesc Fabregas Resigns From Como

Cesc Fabregas has decided to withdraw from coach Como (Instagram/@cescf4bregas).

JAKARTA - Cesc Fabregas decided to step down from his position as coach of Italian Serie B club Como. This was decided by Fabregas because he wanted to continue his coaching license.

Quoted by the Daily Mail on Thursday, December 21, 2023, it is known that Fabregas has only led Como as a caretaker for the year. He first served on November 13, 2023, but on December 20, 2023 he decided to resign from his position.

Fabregas chose to resign from his current position to return to learning in order to obtain a Pro UEFA coaching license.

Fabregas' resignation made Como's coach position now filled by Osian Roberts, who was previously Patrick Vieira's assistant manager at Crystal Palace, to serve until the end of the season.

Before finally becoming a caretaker, Fabregas had felt the position of a Como player for one year and decided to retire.

Fabregas had welcomed the presence of Osian Roberts as a substitute for himself in the team. He hopes the replacement can bring a better team.
