Euro 2024 Qualification Results This Morning: Netherlands Steals Three Points At Home To Ireland

JAKARTA - The Dutch national team again won the Euro 2024 qualifying round Group B, Monday, September 11 in the morning WIB. The Flying Dutchman picked up three points at home to the Republic of Ireland.

The Netherlands won 2-1 over Ireland as both teams played at the Aviva Stadium. In this match, Ronald Koeman's team had fallen 0-1 since the 4th minute after Adam Idah successfully executed a penalty.

However, the position lasted only 15 minutes. The Netherlands also received a penalty in the 18th minute which then managed to finish by Cody Gakpo one minute later.

The Dutch winning goal was scored by Wout Weghorst in the 56th minute. The former Manchester United player completed a pass from Denzel Dumfries.

This result brought the Netherlands to the second position with nine points. They have the same points as Greece, which occupies the third position.

Greece itself won 5-0 over Gibraltar in another match.

Meanwhile in Group E, Poland surprisingly lost 0-2 to Albania. Meanwhile, Moldova beat the Faroe Islands with a narrow score of 1-0.

In Group G, Serbia won 3-1 over Lithuania. Meanwhile, Slovenia beat San Marino 4-0 in Group H.
