Update On The Procurement Process For Exco PSSI 2023-2027, Files 5 Candidates For General Chairs Are Complete

JAKARTA - The PSSI Election Commission (KP) provides the latest information regarding the nomination of the General Chair (Ketum). Of the five names that registered, all of them have been declared to have fulfilled the completeness of the file.

This was conveyed by the Chairman of the KP, Amir Burhanudin at the PSSI office, Senayan on Thursday, January 19 afternoon WIB. Amir revealed that his party had passed the file checking stage.

"After the KP checked the completeness of the support, we conveyed that for the five prospective PSSI Ketum candidates, all files were complete," Amir Burhanuddin told reporters.

Previously, it was known that there were five names who registered as candidates for the chairman of PSSI, including La Nyalla Mattalitti, Arif Putra Wicaksono, Doni Setiabudi, Erick Thohir and Fary Djami Francis.

After passing the registration period, the registrants' files passed the inspection stage. If in this process there is an incomplete file, participants are asked to complete it no later than Saturday, January 21, 2023.

However, with the news from Amir stating that all candidate Ketum files are complete, the process will continue to the verification stage. The verification stage will begin on January 22-31, 2023.

Meanwhile, for the prospective Deputy Chairman, Amir said there were several names that needed to complete the file and be declared dead. This is in accordance with the results of the checks that have been carried out.

"For future candidates for Deputy General, there are 15 complete people. One future Deputy candidate we inform you about the lack of documents. We don't need to confirm four of them," he said.

"Because of what? Because the person concerned has explicitly stated that he is not advancing, for example like Iwan Budianto," added Amir.

"Two more have no willingness sheets, so we don't need to confirm about the completeness of the requirements. So, we inform you about the completeness of the files are candidates who are confirmed to have the support and those concerned are willing to become candidates," he said.

For the future Deputy General Chair candidate itself, there are several familiar names in the world of Indonesian football ranging from former athletes to officials such as Bambang Pamungkas, Ratu Tisha to Menpora Zainudin Amali.
