Jonathan Christie Predicts To Rise To World 3 Next Week

JAKARTA The men's singles badminton player Jonatan Christie is predicted to rise to third in the world next week. This will be the highest achievement in his career.

The athlete who is familiarly called Jojo is currently ranked fourth in the world with a total of 75812 points. He is one step ahead of his compatriot Anthony Sinisuka Ginting who collected 75749 points.

The point he currently occupies is the fruit of his achievements throughout 2022, the year he successfully reached three consecutive finals, namely the Swiss Open, Korea Open, and the Asian Badminton Championships.

Of the three opportunities to enter the final, Jojo successfully won the title in Switzerland after defeating Prannoy Kumar and runners up in two other tournaments.
