Dash Aqua Challenge, Ajang Promoting Healthy And Budget Lifestyles Through Swimming

JAKARTA - The event that combines sports and entertainment will take place at the Aquatic Stadium Gelora Bung Karno in Senayan Jakarta, December 11. The competition, titled Dash Aqua Challenge, will compete in three categories.

The three categories are Adult Aquathlon Challenge, Kids Swimming Competition and Aqua Bike.

For the Adult Aquathlon Challenge category, it is a race that combines swimming and running challenges.

Later the participants will run for 3 kilometers around the swimming stadium which is then followed by swimming 500 meters. The competition was then closed by running again 2 kilometers to the finish line.

While Aquabike is a combination race between cycling and swimming. Participants will virtually cycle 10 kilometers using a prepared bike trainer. After that they headed to the pool to finish the 500-meter swimming track.

For the Swimming Competition for Kids, it is a race that focuses on fostering children aged 6-14 years. The competition numbers to be contested are 200 metricameters, 50 meters and 100 meters butterfly, 50 meters & 100 meters backstroke, 50 meters & 100 meters. breaststroke, 50 meters, 100 meters & 200 meters & meters freestyle.

"BTN Dash Aqua Challenge, a sporting and entertainment event that will be packaged excitingly and fun promotes a healthy and fit lifestyle through swimming. A total of 500 family participants are targeted to participate in this event," said Founder and CEO of Dash Sports, Alit Aryaguna, at a press conference in Jakarta, Friday, December 2.

Dash Aqua Challenge itself is a series of events from BTN Sport Fest 2022. Head of Marketing and Communications Division of Bank BTN, Ramon Armando said, this competition is not only held competitively and professionally, but also fun and of course in accordance with the healthy lifestyle of the urban people.

"This event can also be used to establish relationships and close friends of Indonesian family, namely between members of the swimming community and other sports as well as generally, such as professionals or urban families," said Ramon.
