Regional Managers Have Started To Participate In Athlete Development, PBSI: This Is A Form Of National Training Decentralization

JAKARTA - PP PBSI claims that regional organizational programs have been running well. Now regional administrators are playing a role in accordance with the central program, including in terms of coaching athletes.

This was conveyed by the Head of Public Relations and Media of PBSI, Broto Happy. In his written statement, the former sports journalist said that his party had opened national training centers in the regions.

"PBSI has opened the western regional national plate in North Sumatra. Meanwhile, the central and eastern regional plates are being prepared. This is a form of decentralization of national training," said Broto as reported by Antara, Tuesday, April 19.

The formation of regional national nationals is based on the view of decentralizing national training. Not only that, PBSI will also roll out the President's Cup event as a form of coaching national badminton athletes.

"We will soon carry out the President's Cup which will begin with the Governor's Cup, the role of the region will be significantly displayed for talent management. In addition there is also the National Circuit (Sirnas)," he explained.

From an organizational perspective, the implementation of the PBSI Mukernas and the smooth running of programs in the regions are indicators of the solidity of the central management with the provincial administrators.

"So from the Mukernas yesterday we showed that PBSI is a solid organization. We listen to all aspirations from the regions as implementers at the center," said Broto.

"PBSI has also proven that for approximately one and a half years, we have succeeded in getting champion titles at the regional, continental and international levels which are very proud, even monumental," he concluded.
