There Is The Name Of Marc Klok In The Indonesian National Team Squad List For The Vietnam SEA Games

JAKARTA - The Indonesian national team, which will compete in the SEA Games Vietnam 2021, is scheduled to undergo a training camp (TC) in South Korea in April. This was conveyed directly by coach Shin Tae-yong to the General Chairman (Ketum) of PSSI, Mochamad Iriawan.

The chairman of PSSI said that Shin Tae-yong really wanted the national team squad for the SEA Games to go to South Korea after the U-19 national team agenda was completed.

Previously, it was known that the U-19 national team was currently in South Korea for a training camp. Ronaldo Kwateh et al underwent this agenda from March 13 to April 15 2022.

"Later they (the national team for the SEA Games) will go to South Korea after this (the U-19 national team), maybe in April they will go there. Finally, STY asked for something like that, so that STY could see it directly," said Mochamad Iriawan when he was met at the inauguration of the PSSI Medical Center, Monday, March 14.

Although he has revealed the training camp agenda for the Vietnam 2022 SEA Games national team to Iriawan, the list of players who will fill the squad has not yet been released by Shin Tae-yong.

The only leak regarding the player is Marc Klok, who has reportedly completed his naturalization registration. Furthermore, Ketum said that currently PSSI is preparing the entry by name squad.

After completion, the players who are members of the squad will first undergo a training camp in Jakarta. Before going to South Korea later.

The 2021 SEA Games Vietnam will be held on May 12-23 2022 in Hanoi, Vietnam. In the agenda, the Indonesian squad will field the U-23 national team.

However, the regulations allow each team to play two senior players out of five registered players. In addition to Marc Klok, which is certain, Shin Tae-yong has also prepared the names of other senior players even though they have not been released.

Regarding the leaked names of senior players targeted by Shin Tae-yong, the PSSI chairman decided not to reveal it and waited for information directly from the coach.
