Angry To See Persikota Tangerang Cheated By The Referee, Prilly Latuconsina Sentil PSSI On Instagram

JAKARTA - The owner of the Persikota Tangerang club who is also a public figure, Prilly Latuconsina was angered and disappointed by the poor performance of the referee who led the match between Persikota Tangerang and Farmel FC on Sunday, March 6.

In the round of 16 of Liga 3 2021/2022 at the Gelora Delta Sidoarjo Stadium, Persikota had to close the match with a 3-0 defeat to Farmel FC.

After the match, a number of parties considered the game to be colored by various strange incidents from the referee's controversial decisions. Prilly shared a video clip showing evidence of the referee's irregularity with his team.

Feeling that her club was being cheated by the referee, Prilly then spoke up. Through a short video on his Instagram account, he expressed his feelings of disappointment.

“This is sad. Too many contentious decisions made by referees for our team. I'm happy if I can help improve the Indonesian football industry, but how can I help (if controversies like this keep happening)?," Prilly wrote in her statement.

Not only that, Prilly also took part in flicking PSSI as the organization responsible for managing football in Indonesia. He hopes that PSSI will not kill the dreams of the players who are passionately fighting for the advancement of Indonesian football.

"Please don't kill the dreams of Indonesian proud players and children in advancing football for @pssi's personal interests. Keep spirit @persikotafc1994," he hoped.

Still from the same upload, in her video Prilly again reveals the hopes and hard efforts of herself and Persikota to be able to advance Indonesian football. However, the reality on the ground is disappointing.

"Before, Persikota and I from the beginning fought hard, toil, tired, tired, and sincerely to color the world of football in Indonesia. I was excited and interested to enter and go directly to the world of football because I saw that great hope to advance and raise football in our country," he said.

"But it's very unfortunate, what was shown and shown in today's match between Persikota and Farmel, is clear evidence that the condition of football in Indonesia is still disappointing. The effort, hard work, and sweat put forth by our team seems to have been paid for in vain with today's events," he continued.

Prilly then again flicked PSSI with the hope that the organization could still be a neutral place for all clubs.

"Of course I am disappointed, but our hopes do not fade here. We accept it with a heart full of patience. We believe that PSSI is still a neutral, clean and fair home for all football clubs in Indonesia.
