Unpaid From Last Year's Fight With Mayweather, Logan Paul: He Has No Money

JAKARTA - The fight between Logan Paul and Floyd Mayweather in June 2021 is one of the big events where both fighters are expected to make a lot of money. However, Logan apparently hasn't been paid in full and he's been very vocal about this.

"It's a shame because it's Floyd "Money" Mayweather," Paul said in his latest interview with DAZN.

"Surely I should have gotten my check pretty quickly, right? I'm sure it will come eventually, right? Then I realized 'OK, I'm hanged'.

"It's the classic 'Hey, buddy, you're new to the industry, we'll mastermind you however we want with your money, so step up and shut up'.

"But, instead of keeping my mouth shut, I made fun of him on social media and told everyone he had no money."

"I'm kind of kidding. I'm kidding, and I'm blaming Floyd. But I don't know if it's his fault. Maybe a little bit, right?"

"But something tells me that Floyd doesn't control where the money goes. Or maybe he did and he's an asshole."

Continuing on, Logan explained that he was furious because he felt he could have invested the money now had Mayweather paid it on time.

"I just wanted my money and I never thought I would be that person," he added. "I am ready to go to the next chapter of my life."

"There was an opportunity cost with me when I didn't have a fee that was due to me. I'm an entrepreneur. I'm a businessman. I'm creative with my money. The X million he hasn't paid me now could be triple, quadruple. I'm good at with money I can make more if I have a little, a lot.

"So there's an opportunity cost for me and that's why I'm voicing it because it's taken too long."

"How many opportunities did I miss because I didn't have this?"
