Uber Cup 2020 Simulation Held Today Starting At 8.30am

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Badminton Association (PP PBSI) is ready to hold an Uber Cup Simulation on 9-11 September 2020 at Pelatnas Cipayung, East Jakarta.

In the simulation, there are four groups that will compete with a half competition system. The four groups battle each other for the top spot. The team with the most wins is declared the champion.

The four groups are named the Rajawali, Banteng, Tiger and Garuda groups. There are seven players in a group consisting of three single players and two pairs of doubles players.

Quoted from Antara, Tuesday, the superior women's doubles Greysia Polii / Apriyani Rahayu reportedly could not appear together because Greysia had a cold. As an exchange, Apriyani will be paired with young player Amalia Cahaya Pratiwi.

The Uber Cup 2020 simulation will be played in two sessions per day. The morning session starts at 08.30 WIB, while the afternoon session starts at 15.00 WIB.

Previously, the 2020 Thomas Cup Simulation was held last week and was won by the Rajawali team consisting of three men's singles Jonatan Christie, Karono and Bobby Setiabudhi, as well as two men's doubles Fajar Alfian / Muhammad Rian Ardianto and Pramudya Kusumawardhana / Yeremi Erich Yoche Rambitan.
