JAKARTA - The Mandalika Grand Prix Association (MGPA) continues to improve the completeness of the implementation of the race as well as supporting facilities and infrastructure for the Pertamina Mandalika International Street Circuit in order to fulfill the requirements for homologation for the implementation of the 2022 MotoGP.

Meanwhile, Director of Operations and Business Innovation Arie Prasetyo welcomed the announcement of Dorna Sports which has determined the implementation of MotoGP in Indonesia on March 18-22 2022 and WSBK on November 11-13 2022.
"This is a testament to Dorna Sports' confidence in the readiness of the First Mandalika International Street Circuit in holding a world-class motorcycle racing event. We are also improving the quality of supporting facilities and infrastructure to increase the comfort of the racing team and spectators present," said Arie.
Currently, the Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) is preparing to improve access to and from vehicles, pedestrians, and drainage channels around the circuit.
