JAKARTA - Atalanta continued the positive trend when shaving Venezia 4-0 in the match week 15 of the Italian League, Wednesday morning, western Indonesia time.

As reported by Antara, Gian Piero Gasperini's team only needed seven minutes to open the scoring through Mario Articleic's right-footed shot completing Josip Ilicic's cross.

Five minutes later, the former Chelsea man scored his second with Luis Muriel's through ball to double the hosts' advantage.

Venezia's efforts to retaliate through Sofian Kiyine, Thomas Henry, and Tanner Tessmann have not yielded results so that the 2-0 advantage for Atalanta lasted until halftime.

Atalanta's advantage increased again in the 57th minute after Teun Koopmeiners' long-range shot beat goalkeeper Sergio Romero.
