JAKARTA - FIFA has confirmed that the Club World Cup will be played in the United Arab Emirates between February 3 and 12.
The nine-day tournament saw Chelsea's two Premier League games suspended.
As reported by Antara, Tuesday, Thomas Tuchel's team will travel to Brighton on February 8 before hosting Arsenal on February 12.
The Champions League champions were also due to play in the tournament in December and it was to be held in Japan but last September the country withdrew due to fears of COVID-19.
The UAE has previously hosted the Club World Cup four times with the country's capital Abu Dhabi hosting it in 2009, 2010, 2017, and 2018.
