Regarding Ahmad Rusadi Who Was Beaten By Antalyaspor U-18 Players, Shin Tae-Yong: No Problem, It Usually Happens

JAKARTA - The U-18 national team managed to record a victory while undergoing a test match in Turkey. But in that victory, there was a small incident in the form of a blow made by the opposing team.

In response to this, Shin Tae-yong as the head coach of the U-18 national team opened his voice. Instead of being angry, he even admitted that there was no problem with it because elbows on the field were common.

"It doesn't matter, because the opponent is also in a state of defeat and it can happen in a match", said Shin Tae-yong as quoted by VOI from PSSI, Tuesday, November 23.

The U-18 national team won the test match against Antalyaspor U-18 at the Limak Football Complex, Antalya, Turkey on Sunday, November 21. Young Garuda won 3-1.

In that match, there was an incident of beating that was experienced by the Indonesian U-18 national team player, Ahmad Rusadi. According to a report in the PSSI release, Ahmad Rusadi was beaten by an Antalyaspor U-18 player to outwit concentration at the end of the match.

Despite Shin Tae-yong's relaxed response to the beating incident, the coach actually appreciated the performance of his team.

Shin Tae-yong said that the Red and White team had worked hard, even though they had only recently undergone a training camp (TC) in Turkey.

"Indeed, the players just started their training camp in Turkey a few days ago. So it hasn't been too long", explained Shin Tae-yong.

"They also train three times a day. However, they have worked very hard and I want to say thank you", concluded the 52-year-old coach.

The U-18 national team in Turkey to undergo a training camp and also some trials. This was done by Garuda Muda in preparation for appearing in the upcoming 2023 U-20 World Cup, where Indonesia was appointed to host.
