JAKARTA - The 2026 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) which will be held in February is certain to be more lively, especially since there are several new brands that appear.

Project Manager Dyandra Promosindo, Rudi MF, said that the enthusiasm of the car industry next year will increase sharply compared to the previous implementation.

"Respons brand mobil sangat kuat, banyak yang kembali berpartisipasi, dan ada brand baru. Ini menjadi sinyal positif untuk pergerakan industri," katanya, saat pemberaran materi IIMS, di Kuningan, Jakarta, Selasa, 2 Desember.

From the images shared, there are many brands that do participate. There are Audi, BAIC, BYD, Chery, Changan, Citro total, Benz, DFSK, Ford, GAC, Geely, GWM (Great Wall Motor), Honda, Hyundai, ICAR, JAECO, Jeep, Jetour, Kia, Release, MG, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Mitsubishi Motors, Neta, Seres, Suzuki, Toyota, VinFast, Volkswagen, Xpeng.

He further said that there would be several more participating brands, unfortunately he did not elaborate in detail.

For the two-wheel segment, several well-known brands were also enlivened, namely Honda, Yamaha, Keeway, Benelli, Benda, Moto Guzzi, Scomadi, and Morbidelli. In addition, there are Piaggio, Pacific, Polytron, Indomobil to Qjmotor.

"For the two-wheeled category, this year we see a very positive response. Many brands are participating again, even some new brands are also coming in," he added.

As is known, the IIMS 2026 will be more lively with an expanded area. This exhibition will take place from 5-15 February 2026 in Kemayoran, Jakarta.
