Honda Expansion Of Dealer Networks Outside Java Island, Present In East Lombok

JAKARTA - PT Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) continues to expand its network of dealers in Indonesia, this time it is present outside Java to respond to market demand and increased services to consumers throughout Indonesia.

As a concrete step from this commitment, Honda inaugurated the Honda Naga Motor 2 in East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.

This Dealer is the second on the island of Lombok and has been equipped with 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) facilities in accordance with Honda service standards.

Sales & Marketing and After Sales Director of PT Honda Prospect Motor Yusak Billy, said Honda Naga Motor has a long experience and a loyal consumer base on Lombok Island.

"Therefore, we are confident that the presence of this new network will further increase customer satisfaction and facilitate access to Honda products and services," he said, in an official statement received, Tuesday, April 22.

He further said that conditions outside Java are different from big cities on the island of Java, where the amount and distance between existing Honda dealers can provide services that are faster and closer to consumers in the region.

"For this reason, we are currently focusing on opening more new dealers and branch dealers outside Java this year," he added.

The Honda Naga Motor 2 dealer is located on Jalan Raya Mataram Sikur No.8 Siku, Sikur District, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. This dealer stands on a two-story building and is equipped with a showroom facility, service service consisting of 2 General Repair Bay, 1 Periodical Maintenance Bay, 1 Washing Bay, 1 Reception & Delivery Bay, as well as spare parts space to ensure component availability for consumers.

With a distance of about 43 kilometers from the first Honda Naga Motor dealer in Mataram City which has served since 1982, the presence of Honda Naga Motor 2 on the east side of Lombok Island is expected to significantly expand the reach of Honda services.
