Jeep Indonesia Will Launch New Car Model In April

JAKARTA - PT Indomobil National Distributor as a Jeep Brand Holder Agent (APM) in Indonesia continues to innovate, one of which is by planning to launch its newest car model this year.

COO Jeep Ario Soerjo, said the presence of the latest car model is scheduled to launch in April, which is an important milestone for Jeep.

"After Lebaran's physical launch of Jeep (a new product), an important milestone from Jeep, shows a strong and tough Jeep character facing all terrain," he said, during a iftar event with the media, in the Cikini area, Jakarta, Monday, March 17.

Furthermore, Ario said the car that will launch is a sport utility vehicle (SUV) that will match the existing road contours in Indonesia. He also expressed optimism that Jeep will continue to grow.

"We are optimistic that Jeep will develop and become part of the lifestyle of the Indonesian people with Indomobil," he added.

Unfortunately, he did not elaborate in more detail on the new product from Jeep which will launch next April, but it is strongly suspected that the model in question is Wrangler Rubicon who was present in the Philippines at the end of 2024.

In specifications, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon packs a 2.0 liter 4 cylinder turbocharged engine that can emit 268 dk of power with a maximum torque of 400 Nm.

Of course, it is worth waiting for a breakthrough from Jeep Indonesia, especially for off-road car lovers who want a dashing and sturdy car from the Jeep.
