This Is Mazda's Plan For Expanding Aftersales Services In Indonesia This Year

JAKARTA - PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia (EMI) together with PT Sentral Oto Maju inaugurated the launch of a 'Mazda Transyogi' dealer located in the Cibubur area, West Java.

This is the first network of dealers to be inaugurated this year by Mazda. Thus, PT EMI already has 29 networks of dealers throughout Indonesia.

PT EMI's Chief Operating Officer, Ricky Thio, said that his party would add a network of dealers in various Indonesian cities. He signaled that the next dealer service would be located outside Jakarta.

"Next expansion is waiting for the playing date. Maybe after this we will get out of Jakarta because we see that Mazda's consumers are quite high in Indonesia, but some locations outside Jakarta I can't disclose anywhere," Ricky said when answering media questions in Cibubur, West Java, Tuesday, February 25.

PT EMI Customer Service Director, Igor Pandjaitan, added that his party is not only expanding dealer services. Instead, it will increase services such as the 'Body Repair' that already exist on several networks including Mazda Transyogi.

"In addition to this dealers, we have collaborated quite a lot with Mazda to accommodate the repair body, we provide the same training so that the process is in accordance with our procedures, so that the quality time is seen to be the same," explained Igor.

The Mazda Transyogi dealer network stands on an area of 2,400 square meters with a building area of 4,400 square meters consisting of two floors, the dealer network adopts visual identity from Mazda Motor Corporation in Japan.

This dealer network provides various services such as Showroom Area, 9 Service Bay, Customer Lounge, Service Reception Area, Delivery Room, Kids Corner, and others.

Not only that, Mazda Transyogi is equipped with a 'Body Repair' facility that uses high-quality painting technology according to the set standards.
