JAKARTA - An automotive brand from China, Jaecoo, officially exists in the Indonesian market with the J7 SHS SUV carrying Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) technology.
In order to strengthen itself in competing in the Indonesian automotive market, this manufacturer not only prepares it in terms of providing products but wants to increase aftersales services in order to provide a sense of security for its customers.
Jaecool Indonesia's Head of Dealer Networking Development, Setia Hariadi, said that his party guarantees that the network of dealers that will be available in the country will have 3S facilities, namely Sales, Service & Shareparts.
"We guarantee that the dealers we present have been facilitated by 3S in Indonesia," Hariadi said when introducing the brand at SCBD, Jakarta, Monday, January 20.
He added that the Jaecoo dealer network will be present in several big cities first such as Jabodetabek, Surabaya, Bandung, Denpasar, Makassar, Solo, and others before being present in other cities in Indonesia.
"We will first present big cities such as Jabodetabek, Surabaya, Palembang and others, before targeting the secondary market city," added Hariadi.

Hariadi also revealed that Jaecoo has an ambitious strategy to strengthen his existence in Indonesia by targeting 30 networks of dealers throughout 2025.
"We are targeting 30 dealers throughout 2025, currently there are 20 dealers and 10 more will join us," added Hariadi.
He also revealed that for now the Jaecoo dealer network will be separated from the Chery brand for several reasons. However, it is possible that one day these two brands will join under the same network in the future.
"But will we join (with Chery) later? Wait for the playing date because we are actually following global strategy," concluded Hariadi.
