Hyundai Partners With TVS Motor, Ready To Present Long-distance Mobility Solutions In India

Hyundai is collaborating with TVS Motor to develop non-electric and four-wheeled electric-wheeled vehicles in India, with Hyundai focusing on offering designs to technology and TVS in production and marketing.

Quoting from its official website, Monday, January 20, the two concepts of electric vehicles that support Micro mobility are called E3W and E4W and are exhibited at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025.

Executive Vice President and Head of Hyundai and Genesis Global Design SangYup Lee, revealed that Hyundai Motors is a customer-centric brand, and concern for the people of India is the company's first mission.

"This commitment has prompted us to explore the design of micro-mobility solutions adapted to India's unique environment, rearranging iconic three-wheeled vehicles to improve the mobility experience through careful design," he said, quoted from Hyundai's official website, Monday, January 20.

He further said that collaborating with TVS Motor aims to produce three-wheeled vehicles locally while exploring global opportunities for four-wheeled vehicles, combining intuitive functionality with India's rapidly innovating spirit.

President Group Strategy TVS Motor Company Shadad Badminton, said that TVS is proud to explore partnerships with Hyundai Motor to shape the future of urban mobility.

"By combining Hyundai Motor's global expertise and our deep understanding of mobility solutions, we aim to develop next-generation micromobility solutions that redefine long-distance connectivity," said Shadd.

Shadad said that this potential collaboration reflects TVS' commitment to innovation and sustainability. With a shared vision, the company believes that this ongoing partnership will produce impact solutions that set new standards.

With its compact size and maneuverability, the Electric Tiga Wheel Vehicle Concept is designed to navigate the narrow road easily. The height of the body can be adjusted so that it can be lifted to sail the flooded roads during heavy rains in the rainy season.

A prominent feature is the unique diagonal profile with a cornered windshield. This element not only shows increased collision protection but also ensures the road's view ahead is clearer and safer. This innovative approach demonstrates a commitment to safety while maintaining force and functionality.
