The 2024 GJAW Automotive Event Successfully Held, Visited By 100,000 Visitors

JAKARTA - The 2024 Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) has officially entered its last day and has been successfully held for ten days from November 22 to December 1.

The General Chairperson of the Gaikindo Organizer, Rizwan Alamsjah, said that his party assessed that the placement of the event in ICE BSD, Tangerang has received great attention from the public.

"We feel that placing a new location in ICE BSD, GJAW has succeeded in attracting the attention of the audience and visitors to increase every day," said Alamsjah during the 2024 GJAW night celebration event at ICE BSD, Tangerang.

He also claimed the event had been visited by as many as 100,000 visitors as of last Friday or exceeded the overall achievement last year.

"As of Friday, visitors have reached 100,000 visitors or exceeding last year's 80,000 visitors," added Alamsjah.

At the exhibition this time there were 27 total car brands that took part, and there are several new names that have just emerged such as Zeekr, Altera to Ford's return at the grand exhibition which took place at ICE BSD Tangerang.

Details of the passenger cars brand participating in the GJAW exhibition include Altera, BAIC, BMW, BYD, Chery, Citroen, Daihatsu, Ford, Aion, Honda, Kia, Lexus, Maxus, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, MG, Mini, Mitsubishi, Neta, Nissan, Subaru, Suzuki, Toyota, VinFast, Volkswagen, Wuling, and Zeekr.

Meanwhile, for two wheels, there are Harley Davidson, Alva, Vmove, Royal Alloy, Piaggio Group, Royal Enfield, Scomadi, ZPT to Yamaha.

MUF GJAW 2024 comes with the theme Home of 1,000 Cars and Excitements. He said, this year there will also be many interactive and various attractions presented to automotive lovers.

Visitors can also do test drives or test rides from various brands. Not only that, the performance also offers a variety of interesting programs such as Modification Contest, Underground Meet Up, and many more.
