HPM Brings Three Modified Cars At IMX 2024, Anything?

JAKARTA - PT Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) shows its participation in the Indonesia Modification & Lifestyle Expo (IMX) 2024 which will take place on October 4-6 2024 at ICE BSD, Tangerang.

In this edition, they brought three modified models that could attract visitors' attention, ranging from Civic EG's collaboration with Hot Wheels, Civic Type R's34 version, and Brio Modification.

Communication Strategy Sub-Div Head of PT HPM Yulian Karfili, said the model presented describes the character of Honda cars that are not restrained by the times so that they can be loved from generation to generation.

"The car that we are showing on IMX this year represents the character of Honda products, which continues to be a consumer favorite from time to time," said Karfili in his official statement, Saturday, October 5.

Modifications from Civic EG have previously been featured in the 2024 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS). This model shows red and blue livery with a white base color that can attract visitors' attention.

According to HPM, the hatchback is one of the iconic models of the fifth generation of the Civic family with an elongated sports aerodynamic design that makes it still loved today.

In addition, the single agent who holds the brand from Honda in Indonesia shows off the Civic Type R201 Sport which has an aggressive appearance. Built by Drivetech, the car is given a thick sporty element equipped with carbon fiber on the front and rear bumper components, side skirts, and rear spoilers.

This aims to reduce vehicle weight so that it contributes to increased handling and acceleration. The interior is also modified so that it looks more like a real racing car.

HPM also exhibits Brio Modification with propulsion power from Engine+ Motorsport. This is equipped with a 2.4 liter K24 4-cylinder alert engine in Civic Type R which produces a total power of up to 300 dk with a transmission of six manual accelerations.

In addition to performance, the control section is also improved by installing adjusted two-way coilovers, AP Racing front brakes, and Yokohama Advan Neova tires with Aragosta suspensions. The interior is equipped with a Momo steering wheel, a Recaro seat, a Schroth seat, and a roll cage.
