Strengthening East Java Market, Chery Present At IIMS 2024 In Surabaya

JAKARTA - The Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2024 event in Surabaya has officially started. This annual event will be used by a number of automotive manufacturers to strengthen its market in East Java.

Chery is one of the participants who showed off at the five-day event at Grand City Convex, Surabaya. This manufacturer from China also presents a number of its products to the people in the city of heroes.

"Our presence at IIMS Surabaya is a strategic step to expand the reach of the Chery market in East Java. We want consumers here to get to know our quality products more closely," said Head of Brand Department of PT Chery Sales Indonesia (CSI) Rifkie Setiawan, in his statement, Thursday, May 30.

In addition, Chery also showcased his skills in the electrification segment by presenting Omoda E5 as his first EV in Indonesia. This car offers futuristic design, reliable performance, and advanced features.

This manufacturer from China also introduced the Car Link O feature to the people of Surabaya to make it easier for customers to access their vehicle information. This system can be downloaded via the Play Store and App Store.

Visitors can also test several Chery vehicles in this event in the test drive area. Vehicles available for driving start from Tiggo 5X, Omoda E5, Omoda 5 RZ.

Since being officially present in Surabaya in December 2022, Chery's sales achievements in East Java until April 2024 have shown a positive market response to quality products offered by this manufacturer.
