JAKARTA - Motul released the latest 4T lubricant developed from the Motul 300V race lubricant formulation which has been used in various world racing events.

As a specialist producer of high-performance lubricants, Motul broke the line again by increasing the quality standards of 300V lubricants as the best choice for motorcycle enthusiasts and high-performance motorcycle users.

With Motul's concoction and technological advantages, this 300V racing lubricant is able to increase engine energy and performance without reducing machine resistance. The Motul 300V lubricant was developed with ESTER Core technology which did come from the long research of world racing championships.

The presence of 300V lubricants is proof of Motul's relentless innovation in terms of developing the firstester-based racing lubricant for 4-tok engines released since 1971.

Motul 300V's advantages include offering Augmented Power, which is to reduce internal friction and increase torques for the best engine response and acceleration, allowing motorists to go faster and further away from before. Engine power also increased by 1.9% compared to other 4T lubricants.

Motul 300V also offers Improve Reliability thanks to the base oil with ESTER Core technology. This technology makes the stability of oil pressure more perfect and consumption minimal due to its low volatility, allowing Motul 300V to maintain its protective properties in a longer oil change cycle of up to 12,000 km (depending on OEM specifications).

Not only that, the ESTER Core technology makes the oil coating thicker to protect the essential components of the machine, reducing the wear on machines and gyrboks. Motul 300V's newest lubricant is also packaged in a lighter bottle, made from 100% recycleable materials making it more environmentally friendly.

"Our R&D team in Japan plays an important role in the phase of development and testing of this upgraded Formula 300V Factory Line. With thorough laboratory testing, as well as very valuable collaboration with leading partners including Yoshimura/SERT, HRC, and MV Agusta, we have ensured that each drop of 300V of this new formula reflects the peak of performance and reliability. This collaborative effort affirms Motul's firm commitment to presenting products that not only meet but go beyond the demands of the racing world," said Motul Chief Marketing Officer Carlo. Savoca, through an official statement received by VOI, Monday, March 11.

The same thing was conveyed by the Chief Executive Officer, Lionel Dantiacq, who admitted that he was enthusiastic about presenting lubricants that contributed to adding energy, endurance, and being more reliable for engine performance.

"Motul 300V remains a reference lubricant and we will continue to innovate to improve driving experience for riders and motorcyclists on a daily basis. As a trusted brand in the automotive world, we are very proud in redefining performance benchmarks on and off track, as well as advancing sustainable efforts through our products and packaging," said Lionel Dantiacq.

The new formulation of Motul 300V is developed with a wider range of viscosities to meet all the needs of new and old motorcycles. The latest version of this iconic 300V racing oil also meets and exceeds existing standards, with the compatibility of the wet coupling being tested according to JASO T903:2023, JASO MA2.

The Motul 300V FL Road-Racing series has a viscosity of 0W-30, 5W-40, 10W-30, 10W-40, 10W-50, 15W-50. As for the 300V FL Off-Road series, there are 5W-40, 10W-30, 10W-40, 10W-50, 15W-60 viscosity variants available.

"With the SNI and NPT equipped with applicable regulations in Indonesia, this new 300V FL lubricant series will be available in the Indonesian market no later than August 2024", concluded Lutfi Ilhamy as Managing Director of PT Motul Indonesia Energy.
