Super League 2025/2026 standings after the eighth week postponed match

Persija back to winning ways, stay in the Super League (I-League) title race.

JAKARTA - The tight competition in the 2025/2026 Super League standings is getting hotter after several postponed matches in the eighth week were completed from Saturday, December 27, 2025, to Monday, December 29, 2025.

Persik and Persib reaped victory on the first day of the postponed match of the eighth week. The White Tigers beat Persis Solo 2-1, while Maung Bandung won a narrow 1-0 over PSM Makassar.

On the second day, Malut United gave Borneo FC their third defeat this season. They won 3-2 at home, which made Pesut Etam have to let Persib take the top of the standings.

On the same day, Persebaya won convincingly 4-0 over Persijap followed by Madura United who silenced Semen Padang 5-1.

Then, on Monday, December 29, 2025, there were three matches. PSIM Yogyakarta had to settle for sharing points when welcoming PSBS Biak with a score of 2-2.

The same goes for Bali United and Dewa United who ended the match without a goal.

The fate is different with Persija Jakarta who successfully returned to the winning track after crushing Bhayangkara FC 3-0 at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Jakarta.

Macan Kemayoran defeated Bhayangkara thanks to goals from Allano Lima who successfully executed a penalty, a suicide by Putu Gede Juniantara, and a shot by Jordi Amat from outside the penalty area.

The additional three points keep Persija in third place with 32 points. The Kemayoran Tigers are only two points behind Persib Bandung and Borneo FC.

Persib became the leader of the Super League standings at the end of 2025. Maung Bandung has 34 points, the same as Borneo FC's collection, but won head-to-head in the meeting against Pesut Etam (won 3-1).

Malut United who won over Borneo FC also cannot be ignored. The Kie Raha Army is in fourth place with 31 points.

The distance from the top four with the clubs below is quite far. PSIM Yogyakarta is in fifth place with 24 points.

Persebaya Surabaya, Persita Tangerang, Bali United, PSM Makassar, and Bhayangkara FC complete the top 10.

Meanwhile, Arema FC, Persik Kediri, Madura United, and Dewa United are in the middle zone.

PSBS is in a vulnerable position, ranking 15th with 13 points and only three points ahead of the relegation zone, which is currently occupied by Semen Padang, Persijap Jepara, and Persis Solo.

There is still one match left in the postponed match of the eighth week between Arema vs Persita which will be played on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, afternoon WIB.

There is a chance for Singo Edan to improve their ranking to enter the top 10 if they are able to conquer Persita.
