Simbli emphasized that real contributions, not just management structures, must be the basis for assessment in the democratic process of sports organizations.
He reminded that National Conference is the highest forum to determine the direction of coaching and achievement so that the process must be clean and transparent.
He asked the National Conference committee to carry out strict verification of all provincial management so that only regions that have coaching activities have the right to determine the direction of the organization.
"We hold great trust in thousands of young athletes. If the election process alone has no integrity, how do we hope for achievements to increase?" he said.
Simbli also invited National Conference participants to maintain the dignity of the organization and ensure that the new management for the 2025 '2029 period was born from a healthy process, not from a temporary political maneuver.
"The elected management must understand coaching, organizational management, and real work in the field. This is not a matter of position, but the future of Indonesian roller skating," he said.
