MotoGP 2025 Grand Prix Argentina Schedule

The second MotoGP 2025 series will take place in Argentina (doc. MotoGP).

JAKARTA The 2025 MotoGP will be back this weekend at the De Rio Hondo Termas Circuit, Argentina. The race there is scheduled to take place from Friday, March 14, 2025, to Sunday, March 16, 2025, local time.

This is the second series race for the 2025 season. Previously, the season-opening race had taken place at Chang International Circuit, Buriram, Thailand, on Friday, February 28, 2025, until Sunday, March 2, 2025.

At that time, six-time world champion Marc Marquez managed to appear dominant. The Spaniard won the Sprint Race session and the main race to collect 37 points and control the top of the standings.

Usually like other series races, the first day of the Argentine Grand Prix will be filled with the first free practice session or Free Practice 1 (FP1). This session will take place from 20.45 to 21.30 WIB, Friday, March 14, 2025.

The session then continued to Practice which took place on Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 01.00 to 02.00 WIB. Then at night, there was a qualification which took place from 20.50 to 21.30 WIB.

Furthermore, there will be a Sprint Race session of 12 laps which will take place on Sunday, March 16, 2025, at 01.00 WIB. The main racing session as many as 25 laps was held Monday, March 17, 2025, at 01.00 WIB.

Racing in Argentina cannot be followed by defending champion Jorge Martin who has not fully recovered after undergoing hand injury surgery. He previously also missed the first series in Thailand.

Marquez is predicted to appear fierce again at Termas De Rio Hondo later. He can appear dominant like the first series to strengthen his position at the top of the 2025 MotoGP standings.
