WYS is currently being held at the Tanah Abang Police Station to account for his actions. He was charged with Article 36 of the Pornography Law with a threat of 5 years in prison, and Article 281 of the Criminal Code with a threat of 2 years and 8 months.
"We are responding to public concerns regarding the exhibitionist action at Sudirman Station, Karet Tengsin, Tanah Abang," said Setyo.
Setyo added that in the near future his party will conduct psychological tests on the suspect.
