Lots Of Patience, 3 Thousand ASN In Tanjungpinang Haven't Received Benefits In September Even Though Budget Is Available

JAKARTA - As many as 3,000 civil servants who work in the Tanjungpinang City Government, Riau Islands, apparently have not received the additional employee income allowance (TPP). Even though the budget is available.

Tanjungpinang Regional Secretary, Teguh Ahmad Syafari, finally opened his voice on the reasons why many civil servants have not received the TPP. He said, the TPP was for September 2021, which should have been paid this month.

Usually, the TPP is paid no later than the fixed date of each month. However, the TPP for PNS Tanjungpinang City Government in September 2021, cannot be paid because the 2021 APBD Amendment has not been approved by the Tanjungpinang DPRD.

"It doesn't matter, because there is a solution. The disbursement of the TPP is just waiting for approval from the Minister of Home Affairs," he said, quoted from Antara, Wednesday, October 27.

He stated that the TPP value was around Rp. 15 billion. The TPP value for each civil servant is not the same.

"The budget is there, it's just a matter of technical disbursement," he said.

Head of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Service (DPPKAD) of Tanjungpinang City, Yuswandi, said that the TPP for PNS Tanjungpinang City Government had not been disbursed, because his party was finalizing the Regional Head Regulation on the Revised APBD which was previously not legalized.

"We are submitting to the Ministry of Home Affairs to request a recommendation for the ASN TPP payment. The TPP payment must be approved by the Minister of Home Affairs," he said.

He asked all ASN Tanjungpinang City Government to be patient and not worried, because the TPP is still being paid, especially since the regional budget is sufficient for the TPP payment.

"Now the administration is running and it has been proposed to the center," he said.
