Bareskrim Unloads The 19love.me Online Gambling Application With Sex Elements

JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Police of the National Police revealed online gambling practices whose networks are spread throughout Indonesia. This gambling is inserted pornographic content.

"We have succeeded in disclosing the crime of gambling as well as pornography, which involves networks throughout Indonesia", said Director of General Crimes, Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi, to reporters, Tuesday, October 26.

The practice of gambling and pornography, said Andi, uses an application called 19love.me. The application has servers overseas that are constantly changing their domain names.

"The servers are overseas and use different domain names for obscuration, making it difficult to detect", said Andi.

Regarding pornographic content, Andi said, in the application, there is a woman who is used as a guide. The woman was scantily clad even without clothes.

"Recruiting women who serve as hosts. By looking sexy and willing to do nude acts", he said.

"The content of the 19love.me application consists of two contents. The first is a game or game that has the potential to become a gambling practice. Then a Livestream featuring a female host who is dressed sexy and naked and has sex scenes", continued Andi.

In this case, four people were named as suspects. They are Pangki Suko, Erikko, Cipto Wicaksono, and Feri Chandra.

The suspect was charged with Article 303 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 45 paragraphs (1) and (2) in conjunction with Article 27 paragraph (1) and (2) of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE in conjunction with Article 3, Article 4, Article 5 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Laundering.
