"From the four locations, evidence was found and secured in the form of various documents allegedly related to Tsk AP's recommendation and approval for the extension of PT AA's HGU," said Ali.
Once found, the evidence will be further analyzed and confiscated to complete the files of the suspects, including Andi Putra.
"These various evidences will be investigated immediately to ensure their connection to the case and then confiscation is carried out to complete the case files of the suspect AP et al," he explained.
Previously reported, the KPK named Andi Putra and General Manager of PT Adimulia Agrolestari, Sudarso as suspects in the bribery case for plantation permits. This case began when PT Adimulia Agrolestari applied for an extension of the Cultivation Right (HGU) starting in 2019 and ending in 2024.
